Participants Needed – Motion Simulator & Virtual Reality Research

Would you be interested in experiencing a virtual reality racing game, in a full-motion racing simulator and wind system? If so, then please get in touch.

Researchers in the Lincoln School of Computer Science are looking for volunteers between the ages of 18-60 to participate in a study at the School of Computer Science. We are investigating the effects motion has on player experience within virtual reality games.

The study takes place through three separate sessions, over a period of 6 weeks. Sessions will simply involve answering questionnaires regarding participation experiences and racing a virtual car around a virtual track. In-game telemetry data will also be recorded, for further analysis of participants play-style and performance.

If you wish to volunteer, or need more information, please get in touch with Benjamin Williams: bwilliams@lincoln.ac.uk
